TRGALA respects intellectual property rights. Under Turkish Law No. 5651, TRGALA is the hosting provider for content shared by members. If you see content that infringes your copyright or that you believe is unlawful, you can report it in the ways below. Valid reports are reviewed within 48 hours and content found appropriate for removal is taken down.

What a formal notice needs
- The name and signature (an electronic signature is fine) of the copyright owner or their authorized representative
- A description of the work claimed to be infringed
- The link (URL) of the infringing content on the forum
- Your contact details: name, address, phone and email
- A statement that you are acting in good faith and that the information in the notice is accurate
Send your notice to [email protected] with the subject “Copyright Notice” or to the @trgalahelp Telegram account.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice including your name, contact details, the link of the removed content and the reason you believe the removal was a mistake.
Repeat infringers
Accounts of members who repeatedly infringe copyright may be closed.
